Following our success last year, the Extended Project Qualification was once again offered to our Year 12 Students in June. [This requires the students to undertake an in-depth piece of research on a topic of their choice]. The completion date was November 2009, with the final grades being released in January of this year. Once again, our wonderful Sixth Formers did us proud, with a remarkable range of Projects and a fantastic set of results. 50% of the students attained a grade A or B, but special mention must go to Ben Gibbons, Jenny Kitson and Matthew Scott who achieved A* grades [which is a phenomenal achievement]. As with last year, the topics were interesting and varied.
