Participants are selected according to a common criteria agreed by the school. The length of the programme is flexible but a recommendation is 2 terms though some participants have continued with their mentors after that. The programme concludes with a presentation of an aspect of their experience in front of all mentors, participants and invited guests and a certificate. Accreditation is being explored. For new schools joining the programme Conyers will provide flexible consultancy support or training and networking between staff and participants according to need.
